This attic conversion maximised the top floor to it’s full potential, incorporating a bedroom, bathroom, study and laundry room.
This family were looking to increase the usable space in their home by converting the attic area. The home had already been adapted to be wheelchair friendly for their disabled son, therefore moving wasn’t an option. There was a good space to work with however with the roof angles and positioning of the staircase, it needed to be cleverly designed.
